Safe Harbor-Summer Rent Party
T.Q. Diamonds was the proud sponsor of their
year’s “Treasure Chest Jewelry Raffle” at Safe Harbor’s
7th annual “Swinging Rent Party.” This event was held at the Edgewater
Hotel on July 24th. Safe
Harbor is a non-profit organization
that is dedicated to bringing child abusers to justice by providing a safe
place for victims to tell their story.
This year’s fundraiser included both a silent
and live auction with music and appetizers. The event was a huge success
and the Treasure Chest Raffle was sold out. The raffle winner, Shari
Gray-Dorn, was the recipient of a beautiful diamond key pendant from designer
Lizzie Scheck. The stunning pendant was donated by T.Q. Diamonds.

Mother’s Day Design Contest
On Thursday, May 8th, T.Q. Diamonds held our 2nd
annual Mother’s Day Pendant contest at Sunset Ridge
Elementary School. Fifth grade students in Mrs. Sage’s art
classes were asked to design a pendant for their mother. One winner was selected from each class,
based on the design’s elegance, creativity, and use of material. The winner’s design was then produced by our
goldsmith at T.Q. Diamonds and presented to the students and their mothers in a
special ceremony. We look forward to
seeing the designs from 2009’s contestants!

Mallards Diamond Dig Night
Our "Diamond Dig" at the Mallard's game (June 28, 2008) was
a ringing success! After an exciting
baseball game with beautiful weather, 1,000 women raced out onto the field and
started digging for their chance to win a ½ carat diamond. There could only be one winner and it was: Amy
Ritchey! It was Amy's birthday that
night, so we're sure it made for a great present. Happy birthday, Amy, and congratulations from
all of us at T.Q. Diamonds!
For tickets visit the Mallards website .
