Tucson Gem Show 2009

Tim & Kim Quigley just returned from attending the International Gem Show held in Tucson, Arizona every February.

First they attended the Centurion Luxury Jewelry Show and met with designers Haag Tacorian of Tacori and Philip Zahm of Zahm Gems among other designers.

Then on to the loose gemstone shows American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) and Gems & Jewelry Exchange (GJX).  These two shows primarily specialize in loose colored gemstones.

Their third and final stop took them to the outdoor tent area of the show.  This area specializes in rocks and minerals.

It was two great days under the bright Arizona sun with temperatures near 80 degrees.
