The 8.75-base curvature of FIVES is made possible with XYZ OPTICS®, our way of ensuring vision stays sharp across the entire lens contour. This frame is available with Oakley Authentic Prescription Lenses (+2.00 through -4.00 combined power), and other premium options are available. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Eyewear Dealer such as TQ Diamonds.. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Scratched lenses are not covered under Oakley's warranty policy. Replacement lenses can be purchased through TQ Diamonds.com, your #1, authorized, Oakley dealer. If your eyewear was purchased within the last three years and is now discontinued, you may be eligible for the Oakley Upgrade Program, please contact TQDiamonds for specific details! Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under Oakley's Warranty Policies.

This warranty is void if your sunglasses were purchased from an online auction site or has been damaged by unauthorized service, negligence or accident, or other causes not relating to defective material or workmanship.
