Privacy Policy

SMS Consent - "Any" information collected as part of SMS consent (phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates.

You can visit our website without telling us who you are, and we do not send you emails based on the pages you browse. To gauge the effectiveness of our website, we do collect some generic information about our visitors, and our analytics and advertising partners collect browsing information through cookies as described in Analytics and Advertising below. Our web servers automatically recognize a visitor's domain name (such as .com, .edu, etc.), the web page from which a visitor enters our site, which pages a visitor visits on our site, and on some sites, how much time a visitor spends on each page. This information does not reveal a visitor's identity. We aggregate this information and use it to evaluate and improve our website. 

You can choose to provide individually-identifiable information to TQ Diamonds in a number of ways through our sites - by ordering a service from us, sending us email, registering to receive news or website update information, or entering a contest or competition. When visitors supply information about themselves for a specific purpose, TQ Diamonds uses the information for that purpose (such as to provide the information the visitor has requested). In addition, when visitors use our website to order services, or to request information about our services, we may use the individually-identifiable information as we would use the same information obtained off-line--for example, to evaluate your service needs and contact you regarding additional services you may find useful. We do not sell individually-identifiable information obtained on-line about our visitors. We do not disclose it to anyone outside of TQ Diamonds except as described in Analytics and Advertising below, when it is required by law, or when disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of customers, employees or property. If you provide individually-identifiable information to us in the context of an event TQ Diamonds sponsors with another company, such as a contest, or if you register on a co-sponsored site or feature, you may also be providing the individually-identifiable information to the co-sponsor.

Those signing up for services may receive site-specific information regarding updates, news, competitions, contests, or other information which we deem to be important to our visitors. This may include commercial messages as part of the email. When commercial messages are part of the email (or the entire email), it will be designated "Advertisement" or "Commercial Message." 

Some of TQ Diamond’s sites may use "cookies" to improve our level of service to visitors. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to your web browser when you click on a site. Your browser stores the information on your hard drive and when you return to that site later, the cookie is transmitted back to the server that originally sent it to you. Cookies provide a way for a server to recall a previous request or previous registration, or to keep track of a transaction as it progresses, so that information does not have to be repeated. Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, the products you look at, and the actions you take on our site. We may use this information to show you TQ Diamonds ads on other websites and apps (remarketing).

When you place an order, we may share certain information from that order with Google, such as your email address, phone number, name, and postal code, so we can measure how well our ads lead to purchases (Google calls this "enhanced conversions"). This information is converted into an unreadable, hashed form on our server before it is sent. Google uses it only to match purchases to ad interactions, under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. We do not sell this information.

We also use Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure the results of our ads on Bing and the Microsoft Advertising network and to show TQ Diamonds ads to people who have visited our site. UET uses cookies to record the pages you view and whether you complete a purchase, including the order total.
