Diamond Upgrade Guidelines

TQ Diamonds has always offered a lifetime natural diamond upgrade program on any natural diamond - GIA, AGS, EGL certified, or non-certified, purchased from TQ Diamonds. If you’d like to learn more about our upgrade program, please call 608-833-4500 or email.

 

TQ Diamonds Upgrade Guidelines

Diamond:

  1. Any natural diamond purchased from TQ Diamonds is eligible. Lab grown diamonds excluded
  2. You will receive credit equal to 100% of your original purchase price toward the purchase of a new diamond.
  3. The price of your new diamond must be double the dollar amount of your original natural diamond.
  4. Your diamond must be in its original condition.
  5. If your diamond was accompanied by a diamond grading report, the report must be returned.
  6. Any damage to the diamond may disqualify it from our upgrade program.
Round Brilliant Diamond

 

Settings:

  1. The credit value will be based solely on the value of the diamond.
  2. If your setting fits your new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will set it in your setting.
  3. If your setting cannot be reused, you have the option of keeping it or accepting a credit as determined by TQ Diamonds.

 

Diamond Grading Reports:

  1. The original diamond grading report must be returned in reusable condition. Fees may apply for any damaged reports.
